Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft SharePoint Online and PostgreSQL integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft SharePoint Online and PostgreSQL (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
SharePoint Online + PostgreSQL + Microsoft Teams: When a new file is added to SharePoint, its information (name, URL, etc.) is stored in a PostgreSQL database. A message is then sent to a Microsoft Teams channel, notifying the team about the new file and linking to it.
PostgreSQL + SharePoint Online + Power BI: When a new or updated row is detected in PostgreSQL, a report is generated and uploaded to SharePoint Online. Power BI can then be used to visualize the data in the uploaded report.
