Microsoft SQL Server + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a new or updated row is added to Microsoft SQL Server, the flow searches for related Zoho Desk tickets. If a ticket is found and its priority is 'critical,' a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the team about the critical ticket linked to the database record.
Zoho Desk + Microsoft SQL Server + Pipedrive: When a new ticket is created in Zoho Desk, the flow searches for corresponding contacts in Pipedrive using the contact's email. If found, the person's details in Microsoft SQL Server are updated with information from the new Zoho Desk ticket. This ensures contact details are synchronized across platforms.
