A notification about the new ticket is then sent to a Microsoft Teams channel.
QuestionPro + Microsoft Teams + Slack: When a survey reaches a predefined number of responses, retrieve the survey results. Then, post a summary of the results to both a Microsoft Teams channel and a Slack channel to keep relevant teams informed.
