Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Teams and Textmagic
Microsoft Teams + Jira + Textmagic: When a new channel message is posted in Microsoft Teams, the workflow checks if it contains specific keywords indicating a critical support request. If so, it creates a high-priority issue in Jira and sends an urgent SMS to the on-call engineer via Textmagic.
Textmagic + Microsoft Teams + Calendly: Sends SMS appointment reminders via Textmagic. When the client confirms via a message in Microsoft Teams, if the confirmation is negative, Calendly reschedules the event.
