Depending on your setup, data should flow between Miro and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Miro and PagerDuty

Miro + PagerDuty + Slack: When a new or updated item is detected in Miro, a PagerDuty trigger event is created. The on-call team is then notified in Slack via a public channel message.

PagerDuty + Miro + Jira: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, a Miro board is automatically created for visual brainstorming. A Jira issue is also created and linked to the Miro board for tracking resolution.
