Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Miro, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Miro and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Miro and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Miro and Pipefy
Miro + Pipefy + Slack: When a new item is created or updated in Miro, a card is created in Pipefy to manage the idea. Slack notifies a designated channel about the new Pipefy card, including a link to the Miro item.
Pipefy + Miro + Google Sheets: When a card is marked as 'Done' in Pipefy, a summary of the completed task is created as a board in Miro. The Miro board link, along with key task details, are then added as a new row in Google Sheets for tracking progress.
