Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Miro, Postmark, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Miro and Postmark integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Miro and Postmark (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Miro and Postmark
Miro + Postmark + Slack: When a Miro board is updated, a summary of the update is sent via Postmark email, and a notification is posted to a dedicated Slack channel.
Postmark + Google Sheets + Miro: When a new email open event occurs in Postmark, the data is recorded in a Google Sheet. The aggregated data from the Google Sheet is then visualized on a Miro board.
