Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Miro, SendPulse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Miro and SendPulse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Miro and SendPulse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Miro and SendPulse
Miro + SendPulse + Slack: When a new board is created in Miro, this triggers the addition of contacts to a SendPulse mailing list for a promotional email campaign. A summary of the new board is then posted in a Slack channel to notify the team.
SendPulse + Miro + Google Sheets: When there's a subscriber event in SendPulse (e.g., subscription, unsubscription, etc.), the results are updated in a central Google Sheet. Successful email campaigns, based on data in Google Sheets, inspire new board ideas in Miro.
