Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Missive, Glide, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Missive and Glide integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Missive and Glide (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Missive and Glide

Missive + Glide + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Missive that is classified as a support request, a new row is added to a Glide app table. Simultaneously, key metrics from that support request are tracked in a Google Sheet.

Glide + Missive + Slack: When a new row is added to a Glide app indicating a critical bug report, a new message is created in Missive to track the report. A notification is then sent to the support team on Slack via Missive, alerting them to the bug.
