Depending on your setup, data should flow between Missive and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Missive and Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms + Google Sheets + Missive: When a new form is submitted via Gravity Forms, the submission data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. This new row triggers a new conversation in Missive to manage the support request.

Gravity Forms + Missive + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, a new conversation is created in Missive with the form details. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
