Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Missive, Gravity Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Missive and Gravity Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Missive and Gravity Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Missive and Gravity Forms
Gravity Forms + Google Sheets + Missive: When a new form is submitted via Gravity Forms, the submission data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. This new row triggers a new conversation in Missive to manage the support request.
Gravity Forms + Missive + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Gravity Forms, a new conversation is created in Missive with the form details. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team.
