Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Missive and Shippo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Missive and Shippo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Missive and Shippo
Missive + Shopify + Shippo: When a new message is received in Missive, the flow checks if the message contains an order tracking request. If so, it uses the Shopify API to find the order details and then uses Shippo to get the latest shipment status. Finally, it posts the shipment status back to Missive.
Shippo + Missive + Slack: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, the flow checks if the delivery date is delayed. If delayed, a notification is sent to a Slack channel and a Missive conversation, allowing proactive customer support.
