Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Moco, Avaza, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moco and Avaza integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Avaza (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moco and Avaza
Avaza + Moco + Slack: When a project is completed in Avaza, the automation retrieves corresponding project details from Moco (if available). Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, including the project name and Moco ID.
Avaza + Moco + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Avaza, the automation will find project details and client information from Moco and log them into a Google Sheet, along with the time entry data. This provides a comprehensive log of time entries with project and client context.
