Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Moco, Bitly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moco and Bitly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Bitly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moco and Bitly

Moco + Bitly + Google Sheets: When a new event is logged in Moco (such as a new invoice), create a shortened Bitly link for the invoice. Then, add this link and related invoice information to a new row in Google Sheets to track payment status.

Bitly + Moco + Slack: When a Bitly link is clicked, check if the link contains 'moco' in its expanded URL. If it does, send a message to a Slack channel notifying that the Moco-related link has been clicked.
