Create a New Scenario to Connect Moco and Google AI
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Moco, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Moco or Google AI will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Moco or Google AI, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Moco node, select Google AI from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Google AI.

Authenticate Google AI
Now, click the Google AI node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Google AI settings. Authentication allows you to use Google AI through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Moco, Google AI, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Moco and Google AI integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Google AI (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Moco + Google AI + Slack: When a new event is triggered in Moco (e.g., new feedback), the data is sent to Google AI to analyze the feedback and identify key areas for improvement. The AI-generated insights are then sent as a message to a specified Slack channel.
Moco + Google AI + Google Sheets: When a new event is triggered in Moco, the data is sent to Google AI to categorize the time entry. The categorized time entry is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for project cost analysis.
