Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moco and Google docs integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Google docs (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moco and Google docs

Moco + Google Docs + Slack: When a project is marked as complete in Moco, a new document is created in Google Docs with a project summary. A message with a link to the document is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel.

Google Docs + Moco + Google Sheets: When a new document is created in Google Docs, the workflow creates a new lead in Moco to track time. Time entries are then summarized and added as a new row in Google Sheets for reporting.
