Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Moco + Slack: When a new event is created in Moco, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the support team.
LiveChat + Moco + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated, log the chat details to Google Sheets and create a corresponding time entry in Moco for reporting purposes.
