Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Thinkific (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moco and Thinkific
Moco + Thinkific + Slack: When a new timesheet is submitted in Moco, the workflow checks if the project is linked to a Thinkific course using tags or custom fields. If a link is found, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the submitted timesheet and the associated course.
Thinkific + Moco + Google Sheets: Upon course completion in Thinkific, the workflow finds related project tasks in Moco (based on naming conventions, tags, or custom fields). The total billable hours for these tasks are then logged, along with the course completion date, into a Google Sheet for tracking purposes.
