Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moco and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moco and Userback

Userback + Moco + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, a corresponding project is created in Moco. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new project.

Userback + Moco + Jira: When new feedback is received in Userback, the automation finds or creates a corresponding project in Moco, and then creates a task in Jira, linking it to the relevant Moco project. This ensures all feedback is tracked and managed within Jira.
