Most powerful ways to connect Moco and VideoAsk
Moco + VideoAsk + Slack: When a project is marked as completed in Moco (using 'Watch Events' trigger that can detect project status changes), a VideoAsk form is triggered to collect client feedback. The responses are then summarized and posted in a designated Slack channel for the team to review.
VideoAsk + Moco + Google Sheets: When a new reply is received in VideoAsk, the response and associated data (like project satisfaction score) are logged as a new lead in Moco. This information is then added as a new row in Google Sheets for further analysis and trend identification.
