Create a New Scenario to Connect Moco and Zoho CRM
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Moco, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Moco or Zoho CRM will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Moco or Zoho CRM, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Moco node, select Zoho CRM from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Zoho CRM.

Authenticate Zoho CRM
Now, click the Zoho CRM node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Zoho CRM settings. Authentication allows you to use Zoho CRM through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Moco, Zoho CRM, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moco and Zoho CRM integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Zoho CRM (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Moco + Zoho CRM + Slack: When a project is completed in Moco (using the 'Watch Events (Instant)' trigger), update the corresponding client's record in Zoho CRM using the 'Update Object' action. Then, send a congratulatory message to the client in Slack using the 'Send Direct Message' action.
Zoho CRM + Moco + Google Calendar: When a deal is created or updated in Zoho CRM (using the 'Created or Updated Object' trigger), create a corresponding event in Google Calendar using the 'Create Event' action to schedule a kickoff meeting. This meeting is then tracked in Moco using the available Zoho CRM data to create a lead in Moco with 'Create Lead'.
