Most powerful ways to connect Monday and QuickBooks
Monday + QuickBooks + Slack: When a specific column in a Monday board is updated (e.g., status changed to 'Completed'), an invoice is created in QuickBooks for the corresponding project. Then, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the project team of the completed project and invoice creation.
QuickBooks + Google Sheets + Monday: On a new invoice creation in QuickBooks, the invoice data is exported to a Google Sheet for analysis. After exporting to Google Sheets, the project status in Monday is updated to reflect that the invoice has been created.
