Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the MongoDB and Zoho Books integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between MongoDB and Zoho Books (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect MongoDB and Zoho Books
MongoDB + Slack + Zoho Books: When a new document is inserted into MongoDB that represents a large order, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the accounting team. The message includes details about the order pulled from MongoDB.
Zoho Books + MongoDB + Google Sheets: When a new sales invoice is created in Zoho Books, its details are logged in a MongoDB collection. Periodically, or on demand, this MongoDB data is summarized and added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
