Create a New Scenario to Connect Monster API and Amazon Redshift
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step

Click on the Monster API node to configure it. You can modify the Monster API URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Monster API node, select Amazon Redshift from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Amazon Redshift.

Authenticate Amazon Redshift
Now, click the Amazon Redshift node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Amazon Redshift settings. Authentication allows you to use Amazon Redshift through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Monster API, Amazon Redshift, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Monster API and Amazon Redshift integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Monster API and Amazon Redshift (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Monster API + Amazon Redshift + Slack: When Monster API detects unusual activity, the data is logged in Amazon Redshift. Then, a notification is sent to the security team in Slack.
Monster API + Amazon Redshift + Jira: When Monster API identifies errors or anomalies, the data is stored in Amazon Redshift. Based on this data, a new Jira ticket is automatically created.
