Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moosend and Sinch (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moosend and Sinch

Moosend + Sinch + Google Sheets: When a new subscriber is added to Moosend, their information and SMS campaign engagement (tracked via Sinch's inbound messages) are added to a Google Sheet for unified reporting on marketing campaign effectiveness.

Sinch + Moosend + Zendesk: When a new incoming SMS is received via Sinch, the system checks if the sender is a Moosend subscriber. If they are, a Zendesk ticket is created, associating the SMS response with the user for prompt support follow-up.
