Depending on your setup, data should flow between Motion and Magento (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Motion and Magento

Motion + Slack + Magento: When a task in Motion is marked as completed, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. This triggers an update to the corresponding sales order comment in Magento, reflecting the project's completion status for the client.

Magento + Google Sheets + Motion: Upon receiving a new order in Magento, the order data is added to a Google Sheet for tracking. Based on the sales volume extracted from the sheet, a project plan is automatically created in Motion to manage fulfillment and delivery.
