Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Motion, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Motion and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Motion and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Motion and Pipefy

Motion + Pipefy + Slack: When a task is updated in Motion, the automation checks the associated Pipefy card. Then, a notification is sent to a dedicated channel in Slack to inform the team about the changes.

Pipefy + Motion + Google Calendar: When a new card is created in Pipefy, this automation creates a new task in Motion to schedule the work. The created task's details are then used to create a corresponding event in Google Calendar, ensuring that the task is properly scheduled.
