Depending on your setup, data should flow between Motion and RD Station (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Motion and RD Station

Motion + Slack + RD Station: When a task is created in Motion, potentially representing a scheduled meeting with a lead, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel. Optionally, this can trigger a conversion event in RD Station to update the lead's status.

RD Station + Motion + Google Sheets: When a new lead conversion occurs in RD Station, their information and any associated Motion tasks (e.g., scheduled meetings) are logged in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes. The Motion data can be collected by searching tasks associated with the lead.
