Depending on your setup, data should flow between Motion and VideoAsk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Motion and VideoAsk
Motion + VideoAsk + Slack: When a task is completed in Motion, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel with a link to a specified VideoAsk form for project updates or feedback.
VideoAsk + Motion + Google Sheets: When a new reply is submitted in VideoAsk, the workflow checks if the response indicates a blocker. If a blocker is detected, a high-priority task is created in Motion, and the details of the VideoAsk response and the created Motion task are logged in a Google Sheet.
