Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Moxie, Sinch, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Moxie and Sinch integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Sinch (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Sinch
Moxie + Sinch + Slack: When a service request in Moxie requires escalation, a Sinch SMS alert is sent to the supervisor. A notification is then posted in a dedicated Slack channel informing the team.
Sinch + Moxie + Zendesk: When a new SMS is received via Sinch, it triggers a search in Moxie for existing contacts. If no contact exists, a new contact is created, and a Zendesk ticket is created to record the interaction.
