Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring MySQL, Inoreader, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the MySQL and Inoreader integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between MySQL and Inoreader (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect MySQL and Inoreader

Inoreader + MySQL + Slack: Monitors Inoreader for new articles in a specific folder. When a new article matching predefined keywords is found, its details are saved to a MySQL database. A daily summary of these articles is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

Inoreader + MySQL + Google Sheets: Saves new Inoreader articles to a MySQL database. Periodically, data from the database is used to analyze popular topics and generate trends, which are then presented visually in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
