Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the MySQL and Vitally integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between MySQL and Vitally (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect MySQL and Vitally

MySQL + Vitally + Slack: When a row is updated in MySQL, the flow checks if the customer exists in Vitally using user search. If the user exists and meets specific churn risk criteria based on their Vitally data, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the sales team.

Vitally + MySQL + Jira: When a user's data is updated in Vitally, specifically their health score, the flow retrieves related data from MySQL using a custom query. If the health score drops below a defined threshold, a Jira ticket is created for customer success to investigate the discrepancy.
