Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Bitly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Bitly

NetSuite + Bitly + Google Sheets: When new records are created in NetSuite related to marketing campaigns, Bitly shortens the campaign URL. The Bitly link and click data are then tracked in a Google Sheet.

Bitly + NetSuite + Slack: When a Bitly link associated with a NetSuite lead generation campaign receives a click, the sales team is alerted in a Slack channel. The alert includes details about the lead and the clicked link.
