Test the Scenario

Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Box (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Box

NetSuite + Box + Slack: When a sales order is created or updated in NetSuite, the automation searches for the corresponding file in Box and moves or copies the file to an archive folder. Finally, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the sales team about the archived order.

PandaDoc + NetSuite + Box: When a document's status changes in PandaDoc (e.g., to 'Completed'), a new customer record is created or updated in NetSuite. The signed agreement is then uploaded to a designated folder within Box for secure storage and easy access.
