Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Canny (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Canny
Canny + NetSuite + Slack: When a new feature request is posted in Canny, a corresponding task is created in NetSuite. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the product team about the new task.
Canny + NetSuite + Jira: When a Canny post receives a specified number of votes (acting as the threshold), the workflow automatically creates a bug ticket in Jira. The corresponding NetSuite project is then updated with a link to the newly created Jira ticket.
