Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Captions
Captions + Slack + NetSuite: When a video is captioned in Captions, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the sales team about the new product demo video. The Slack message includes a link to the captioned video. Finally, the process updates a record in NetSuite indicating the video is ready.
Captions + Google Drive + NetSuite: After a product training video is captioned in Captions, the video file is automatically archived in a designated Google Drive folder. A link to the archived video in Google Drive is then added or updated in the corresponding NetSuite record for easy access.
