Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring NetSuite, CloudConvert, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetSuite and CloudConvert integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and CloudConvert (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and CloudConvert

NetSuite + CloudConvert + Google Drive: When a new record is created in NetSuite, it triggers the conversion of a report to PDF via CloudConvert. The resulting PDF is then automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive for archiving and audit trails.

NetSuite + CloudConvert + Slack: When new records are created in NetSuite, CloudConvert converts associated invoices to PDF. If the converted file exceeds a defined size, a notification is sent to the finance team's Slack channel, prompting a review of the large invoice.
