Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring NetSuite, Figma, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetSuite and Figma integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Figma (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Figma

NetSuite + Figma + Slack: When a new product record is created in NetSuite, a comment is automatically posted to a specified Figma file to notify the design team about the new product's design needs. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to alert the team.

Figma + NetSuite + Google Sheets: When a new comment is posted in Figma, this triggers an update to the relevant NetSuite record. Additionally, the progress of the design asset is logged in a Google Sheet.
