Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Formaloo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Formaloo
Formaloo + NetSuite + Slack: When a new row is added in Formaloo (e.g., a new lead submission), a new customer record is created in NetSuite. The sales team is then notified in a Slack channel about the new lead.
Formaloo + Google Sheets + NetSuite: Upon submission of a new form in Formaloo, the submission data is added to a Google Sheet. Then, relevant records in NetSuite are updated based on the new information in the Google Sheet.
