Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Help Scout
Help Scout + NetSuite + Slack: When a new conversation is created in Help Scout, the automation searches for the associated customer record in NetSuite. If the customer is a key account, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team.
Help Scout + NetSuite + Google Sheets: This flow monitors new conversations in Help Scout and extracts product issues. It then queries NetSuite for associated sales data related to the customer reporting the issue and logs both the issue and sales data in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
