Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring NetSuite, Kintone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetSuite and Kintone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Kintone
NetSuite + Kintone + Slack: When a new sales order is created in NetSuite, the project status in Kintone is updated to reflect the new order. A notification is then sent to the project team in Slack to inform them of the update.
Kintone + NetSuite + Google Sheets: Track product inventory in Kintone. When the inventory level of a product falls below a certain threshold, a purchase order is automatically generated in NetSuite and the details of the purchase order are logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.
