Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Kommo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Kommo
NetSuite + Kommo + Slack: When a new order is created in NetSuite, the corresponding customer details are updated or created in Kommo. Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel informing the sales team about the new order and customer update.
Kommo + NetSuite + Mailchimp: When a new contact is created in Kommo, the automation searches for the contact in NetSuite. If the contact is found in NetSuite and meets specific criteria (e.g., is a qualified lead), then the contact is added to a Mailchimp email list for marketing purposes.
