Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Microsoft Outlook
NetSuite + Microsoft Outlook + Slack: When a new sales order is created in NetSuite, the automation searches for related emails in Microsoft Outlook using information from the order. It then sends a Slack message with details from the sales order and relevant email interactions.
Microsoft Outlook + NetSuite + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Microsoft Outlook, the automation checks if the email subject or body mentions an opportunity in NetSuite. If a relevant opportunity is found, the email details (sender, subject, date) are logged to a Google Sheet for tracking.
