Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and RingCentral (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and RingCentral

NetSuite + RingCentral + Slack: When a new sales order is created in NetSuite, a RingCentral call is initiated to confirm order details. Upon completion of the call, a Slack message is sent to notify the sales team of the new order and call confirmation.

RingCentral + NetSuite + Zendesk: When a RingCentral call ends, the automation checks if the call resolved a customer issue. If it did, the NetSuite customer record is updated to reflect the resolution, and the corresponding Zendesk ticket is closed.
