Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring NetSuite, Teamwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetSuite and Teamwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Teamwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Teamwork
Teamwork + NetSuite + Slack: When a new project is created in Teamwork, its details are retrieved, and a corresponding project record is created in NetSuite. Then, a notification is sent to a specific Slack channel to inform the team.
Teamwork + NetSuite + Google Sheets: Track time entries logged on Teamwork tasks and automatically update a Google Sheet with the task details and time spent. This data can then be used for project costing within NetSuite by manually retrieving information from the sheet.
