Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Telegram
NetSuite + Telegram + Slack: When a new large order is created in NetSuite, a notification is sent to a Telegram channel. The Telegram bot then forwards this message to a dedicated Slack channel for the sales team, ensuring they are promptly informed of significant new orders.
Telegram + NetSuite + Google Sheets: When users provide feedback about NetSuite orders through a Telegram bot, the feedback is logged into a Google Sheet. The bot captures the message text, order ID (if included), and user details, then adds a new row to the Google Sheet with this information for review and analysis.
