Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring NetSuite, TickTick, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetSuite and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and TickTick

NetSuite + TickTick + Slack: When a new sales order is created in NetSuite, a corresponding task is created in TickTick to manage the order fulfillment. Once the task is created, a notification is sent to the sales team in Slack to inform them of the new order.

TickTick + NetSuite + Google Sheets: When a task is completed in TickTick, the corresponding NetSuite record is updated with the completion status. The task details, including completion date, are then logged in a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
