Create a New Scenario to Connect NeverBounce and Zendesk Sell
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a NeverBounce, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, NeverBounce or Zendesk Sell will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find NeverBounce or Zendesk Sell, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the NeverBounce node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the NeverBounce
Click on the NeverBounce node to configure it. You can modify the NeverBounce URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Zendesk Sell Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the NeverBounce node, select Zendesk Sell from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Zendesk Sell.

Authenticate Zendesk Sell
Now, click the Zendesk Sell node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Zendesk Sell settings. Authentication allows you to use Zendesk Sell through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring NeverBounce, Zendesk Sell, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the NeverBounce and Zendesk Sell integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NeverBounce and Zendesk Sell (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
NeverBounce + Zendesk Sell + Slack: When NeverBounce identifies an invalid email, the automation finds the corresponding lead in Zendesk Sell and updates the lead's details. Afterwards, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team about the update.
Zendesk Sell + NeverBounce + Google Sheets: Whenever a lead is updated in Zendesk Sell, the automation verifies the lead's email address using NeverBounce. The verification results, along with the lead's information, are then saved to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking and analysis.
