Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Nimble, 7todos, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Nimble and 7todos integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Nimble and 7todos (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Nimble and 7todos
Nimble + 7todos + Google Calendar: When a new contact is created in Nimble, a task is automatically created in 7todos to follow up with the contact. A Google Calendar event is then created to remind the user to complete the 7todos task.
7todos + Nimble + Slack: When a task is completed in 7todos, the corresponding contact record in Nimble is updated to reflect the task's completion. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel to notify the team of the completed task and updated contact.
