Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring NocoDB, AI: Text-To-Speech, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the NocoDB and AI: Text-To-Speech integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NocoDB and AI: Text-To-Speech (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect NocoDB and AI: Text-To-Speech

NocoDB + AI: Text-To-Speech + Slack: When a new record is added to NocoDB, AI Text-To-Speech converts specific fields to audio. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel with a link to the audio file.

NocoDB + AI: Text-To-Speech + Gmail: When a new record is created in NocoDB, AI Text-To-Speech generates an audio file from the data. This audio file is then attached to an email and sent to stakeholders, along with a summary of the record in the email body.
