Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the OCR Space and Slack bot integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between OCR Space and Slack bot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OCR Space and Slack bot

OCR Space + Google Drive + Slack bot: This automation flow scans receipts using OCR Space, extracts the data, saves the extracted data as a text file in Google Drive, and then notifies the accounting channel in Slack about the new file.

Slack bot + OCR Space + Airtable: When users upload invoice files to a specified Slack channel, the OCR Space integration extracts the relevant data from the invoice. That data then creates a new record in an Airtable database for easy tracking and management.
